RESUMEN
Este trabajo examina las relaciones existentes entre cuerpo, subjetividad y poder para evidenciar sus vínculos recíprocos. Uno de los propósitos del trabajo es mostrar que múltiples categorías jurídicas descansan sobre significados que remiten a un imaginario social de género. Así es posible que esferas regulativas aparentemente estancas sean unificadas alrededor de una matriz común de sentido y sirvan a funciones ideológicas de estabilización del sistema sexo-género. El trabajo postula que la diferencia sexual atraviesa el sistema jurídico singularizando a las mujeres como una identidad subalterna, lo cual repercute, a su vez, en el tratamiento jurídico de otros cuerpos, que son feminizados. También argumenta que esta tecnología biopolítica tiene su sede en la regulación jurídica de la familia y desde ahí irradia sus efectos al resto del sistema

ABSTRACT
This paper tries to elucidate the existing relations between body, subjectivity and power demonstrate their reciprocal links. One of the purposes of the work is to show that multiple legal categories rest on meanings that refer to a social imaginary of gender. Thus it is possible that apparently sealed regulatory spheres are unified around a common matrix of meaning and serve ideological functions of stabilization of the sex-gender system. The difference goes through the legal system singling out women as a subaltern identity, which in turn affects the legal treatment of other bodies, which result feminized. It is also argued that this biopolitical technology is based on the legal regulation of families and from there irradiates its effects to the rest of the system.
